As Head of Product & Technology at Kanguro, I am responsible for all aspects of Product Feature Development from understanding user needs via scoping and resource planning to agile implementation to testing. Working with my exceptional interdisciplinary Product team of Product Designers, Backend, Frontend and Mobile Developers to Data Analysts gives me the opportunity to lead Software Development at every stage, end to end. Furthermore, I am guiding the long term strategy around Software Architecture, IT Security and Devops. Recently, I have started to integrate LLMs ( AI ) into our both runtime automations as well as our Software Development workflow. As with all other technology, I am not AI driven. I am driven by customer needs and applying technology where it provides the best solution.

Leveraging my technical background, I have played a pivotal role in shaping the company's product strategy and roadmap. Noteworthy projects include the development and implementation of an automated Customer Retention System, which significantly improved customer engagement and loyalty. Additionally, I led the design and supervised the implementation of a logistics model that optimized the company's supply chain, resulting in streamlined operations and enhanced customer satisfaction.
